Everyday Health
Provide a proactive solution to help staff manage their everyday health through access to a health cash plan (Simply Health); to cover the cost of a wide range of everyday healthcare needs such as dental, optical, physiotherapy, chiropractic treatments, etc, forming part of our overall health and wellbeing programme.
Enviroment
Regularly evaluate the impact of the physical work environment on staff wellbeing, specifically classroom layout, workplace lighting, IT resource, temperature and space to carry out work activity and communicate to staff responses to these needs.
Mental Health
Dedicated Mental Health First Aiders trained to assess and signpost individuals in need.
Commitment to roll out additional Mental Health Support through increased Mental Health First Aid training
